Andrea Rauch

Andrea Rauch has designed and created images for the International Theater Festival in Caracas, the Centre Georges Pompidou, and the Union des Théâtres de l’Europe, and logos for political and social movements such as Greenpeace, Unicef, Mouvement pour la paix, Amnesty International, Ulivo and La Margherita. From 1987 to 1991 he taught Coordinate Image and Signboarding in the advanced graphic design program at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Milan, and from 1994 to 2001 he taught Graphic Design at the Sciences of Communication Department of the University of Siena. He has also taught courses and held seminars on Graphic Design in Bolzano, Venice, Paris, Dublin, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo. He has held exhibitions in Pistoia, Siena, Rome, Milan, Caen, Chaumont, Madrid, Pecs, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Caracas, Guadalajara, and Barcelona. His work has often been written about in international publications and his posters are exhibited in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Musée de la Publicité of the Louvre in Paris.
