Description
The multiplicity of possible choices can sometimes create chaos. The illustration, based on the game tic-tac-toe, draws the attention on words and their possible combinations if read in different directions. A tilt indeed is “a change of the action or opinions of a person or a group in a particular direction”. The image wants to be an example of this “tilt”, as the viewer’s brain and our mental rationality are visually challenged and invited to find contradictory solutions (beyond the one “don’t waste yourself” in diagonal). Tilt refers also to the Earth’s inclination, the circles can represent also our planet in nowadays conundrum, made of decisions and actions that we find difficult to make due to the complexity of our world’s configuration.
