Secret Societies are a perfect Unknown. Secret by their very nature and hidden from mainstream society. The Freemason’s are one of the most well known and supposedly influential exclusive worldwide fraternities but little is known about their inner workings. The illustration shows a typical freemason, male, white middle aged and in a position of influence. Despite his “everyman” businesslike appearance he wears a Masonic apron commonly worn during Masonic rituals. He communicates through ?secret? sign language that is apparent only to others in the fraternity. The man is framed by Masonic Square and Compass, itself looking like a deconstructed X
