Inner See-Saw

The rational and the emotional, night and day, both in perfect tandem. If one gets off the the See-Saw, everything stops, they need each other moving at the same time in order for the dynamic to go on smoothly. It is about working together, needing both parts to function perfectly, even if the pull of energy alternates. Tandem is in sync, but not necessarily at the same time. Tandem is giving and receiving, receiving and giving.

I chose to illustrate the theme through the sensitivity of children in the playground, on the equipment we all once had fun on, in the hopes we all can identify both parts in ourselves, through the unique lens of childhood.
