Since I’m a woman and from Brazil my Super was inspired by the aspect of how invisible a hero can be. They usually pretend to be a simple being and keep their superpower hidden underneath a mask, but for women and, specially, indigenous women, being invisible in the nowadays society is not a choice, is a imposition. Amazon is burning in Brazil and I wanted to create a piece that pictured how important those women are and how much power they have. They are my Super and their power is subtle and enormous at once.
