Can anyone find the right balance? For me there’re two moments in life: the ones when you feel like your brain is broken «momentary tilt», and the ones you just feel like a complete whole tilt yourself «real tilt».
Everything in between it’s just a smaller swing, an incomplete tilt, a tilt to be. But from time to time you just need to organize all your tiltness, and that’s when you have to practice mindFULLness (yes, with two L’s).

hang it up there.
all of it.
thoughts feelings memories fears ideas
untangle them all.
let them swing on the rope, like a clothesline for invisible things.
let them watch you for a little while.

then choose what’s worth keeping.
