I decided to illustrate a scene from one of my favourite science fiction films of all time, The Matrix (1999). This is the scene in which Morpheus offers Neo a red and a blue pill. In an alternate universe Morpheus finds joy as an ice cream salesman, selling blueberry and cherry ice cram. Although he hopes to expand his range of flavours, he has trouble making ice cream that isn’t blue or red.
