Inhabited high tea

I really like high tea�s. They are sort of a buffet too, but with al kind of sweets. When I was looking at pictures of high tea�s and buffets I discovered that they have similarities with cities. With that Idea I tried to make a high tea buffet that looks like it�s -slightly- inhabited. A building with several floors (the layered pie), or a little street (like the cupcakes and lights on the high plate). Lot�s of things to discover in a city or a buffet.
