Voilà the CIRCUS of life!

The work, titled CIRCUS, represents the image of a circus, to be understood both as a physical place and as a symbolic concept. Visually, it recalls the traditional form of entertainment that brings together children and adults with its variety of characters and scenic beauty. However, CIRCUS also unfolds as a mental space, becoming an aesthetic and metaphorical reflection on the “circus of life”: a representation of the complexity and variety of human experiences, where each of us wears masks and plays roles for the “audience,” which can be both society and our perception of others.

My CIRCUS also embodies an endless cycle of trials and performances, where each person is simultaneously actor and spectator. It is a place of challenge and wonder, dominated by unpredictability and risk, where “normality” gives way to a continuous series of surprises. Each scene and character in CIRCUS represents a stage of life or an emotional state, immersed in a dynamic environment made up of distorted forms and frenetic movements, where elements blend together as if in a dream, creating a sense of instability but also of fascination and attraction.
