“The Voice In Me” is about the chaotic voices in the mind during a depressive phase in our life. Words are powerful, they can motivate or they can destroy you. No one will know the chaotic voices in our minds, we may seem fine but we are not. The chaotic voices will consume us one day and that one day we would not see the sun rise again.
Many would perceive Chaos as a time of destruction or war but I would approach it in a way where I can be the voice/advocate of mental health. Suicide is not the only solution, reach out to your loved ones ask for help.
