Disco

The first thing that came to my mind when I thought about the concept of chaos is the sense of chaos that I feel at a party. By this I mean both the literal chaos of lots of people interacting with each other and myself but also the chaos that occurs in my mind as I try to navigate the social situation. I tried to communicate some of this idea by painting my subject upside down, disoriented, and trying his best to maintain the fun, which is represented by the disco ball hanging by a thread.
