After the buffet

There has been a big feast, a night of gluttony. Now it´s in the middle of the night or maybe in the early morning and no one cares for the dinner table left behind.
Its marble table top is soiled with wine and dirty napkins, crumpled by greasy hands. Something´s dripping down on it´s gold foiled legs made of purest white oak. You can hear laughter and screams from the livingroom nearby. But here, in the dining hall, there is only silence.
