Embarking on the journey of therapy is a significant moment in life. It takes courage to acknowledge that you need support and to seek the guidance of a professional. As you progress, you’ll find yourself stepping into the world with newfound strength, reflecting on your journey and thinking, “It was challenging, but I made it.”

From my perspective, this experience feels like preparing a dish which recipe is incredibly hard: a complex blend of intense emotions, buried memories, and difficult experiences. Yet, it is also infused with a strong determination and commitment to improve and grow, embarking on a challenging process that often has its ups and downs, alongside the support of a professional.

“Voilà” in this case comes to the satisfaction of enjoying the fruits of your labor and how a wonderful experience it is to see the results.

Navigating through tough times is undeniably challenging. It can be painful. Healing also presents its own hardships and discomforts. Yet, there is something truly rewarding about savoring the outcome of your efforts after such an arduous process.
