The Cygnets

As a former ballerina, when I think of the word Tandem, I think of dance. Of people moving insync, or in tandem, with one another. I created this piece inspired by one of my favourite dances from Swan Lake, The Dance of The Cygnets. It is renowned for its synchronicity between the four dancers, it demands and relies on perfect timing and unison as they each mirror each other’s movements with precision and grace.
