Super heavy. Super empty. Being a person who dealt with depression since young age my aim with this illustration was represent the my mental and physical struggle with this decease that nowadays is so common between young people. It is a shocking piece that aims to impact the viewer and bring their attention to this issue, with the red background representing the constant war against oneself, the head numbed by the desert sand and ripped just to find it empty, the feeling that had accompanied me for so long, emptiness.
