I ran into Chaos, inside the rainstorm I see serenity.

Sometimes when I feel a mess, I sat down to meditate. When I look into the Chaos, I found it was made up by many pieces: sensations, memories, images, sounds …and in the bottom of the Chaos, I found the most genuine feelings, which is not different than Joy.
